Tedy’s Team alumni, Karen Feeney, is taking over our blog this week to share her personal connection to stroke and why she’s so passionate about our mission.
We teamed up with the Boston Athletic Association, American Heart Association, The Dimock Center, and HoodFit to help raise awareness of stroke and heart disease, while promoting healthy lifestyles throughout Boston.
Rookie runner, Ross Olson, suffered a mini stroke on April 13, 2018. This year, on April 15th, he will be running the Boston Marathon® as a survivor with Tedy’s Team.
Alumni runner, Kim Chadwell, will celebrate her 50 year as a pediatric stroke survivor by running the 2019 Boston Marathon® with Tedy’s Team.
